Testimonial:

Geraint,

Susan and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful day we were able to spend with you last Wednesday. Thanks for so many things - for showing us how to use our camera features more efficiently, for new ways of "seeing" a subject, balance and composition - we could go on and on!

We have lived in NM most of our lives but had never seen many of the places you took us. The weather was stunning - thunder clouds, rainbows, mountain villages. It was a day that we were truly filled with wonder at all we saw!

You were so very patient with us as we would try to grasp concepts that come naturally to you. And I know that you went "beyond the call of duty" as evening and night fell, trying to get an uncooperative Photoshop program to stay in raw mode. Please thank your daughter for us for keeping you so late!

And finally, it was a pleasure to get to know you as a person, not just a photographer.
Thank you for sharing a day with us,

Mark and Susan Schumpert, Maine

The northern New Mexico landscape of god-lit, wide-open views and traditional villages has attracted and inspired artists for generations. Just like we can't separate culture from the land, we can't separate art. ArtShare for the Land provides opportunities for artists to give back by supporting Taos Land Trust's efforts to protect the land that is their muse. And it provides opportunities for our members and other art patrons to purchase beautiful artwork, while supporting permanent land conservation.www.taoslandtrust.org

02-21-10 "Around the block" road trip to Cimarron, NM"
The phrase "around the block" was coined by my friend Paula Valentine for the day long road trips we frequently take. A trip which will ultimately bring us back to the place where we started and perhaps, because of the sights we've seen, we have been reminded of the home within us

10-13-09 I had an incredible time on friday during the Taos Mountain Film Festival with my friend Jonathon Slator who allowed me to tag along and get some photos of ledgendary climber, mountaineer, explorer and gentleman Sir Chris Bonington. I was transported to my time 35 years ago, when, as a 17 year old living and climbing in North Wales I was enthralled with accounts of the exploits and explorations of Chris Bonington.
