San Cristobal Chapel, in the Village of San Cristobal, New Mexico. We live so close, close enough that we can hear the bells ring for Mass or a funeral. I haven’t heard the bells ring out for awhile. I always remember, as a kid, hearing stories that during World War II the church bells in Britain were silent until the day war ended. That day, they rang out as never before. Stay safe and well. Thanks for looking. G

Beautiful ~ I hope they will ring soon!
Thank you Elaine. G
I came across your photos late last week while looking for reference photos of adobe churches in New Mexico. I plan to make some folded paper models of these churches in greeting card form, and hope to sell them once virus is controlled. I am on furlough from my job in Los Angeles,ca and hove time to do this project now. The idea came to me in an early stage a few years ago.
I have been to New Mexico a few times( Taos, aroma Santa Fe, Abq)
I hope to return soon.
Your photos have raised my spirits over the last week!
Thanks. I hope to call you and thank you personally.
All the best, and stay well-Eric.
