Strawberry Moon rising, Taos Mountains, Sangre de Cristos, New Mexico. I dodged a few mosquitoes and noseums yesterday evening in the field to get this shot. Life in the outdoors is is worth a few bugs, but only a few. I added this cyanotype treatment for a different look. Thanks for looking. G

Oh gosh, the noseeums love me. I do not miss those bugs as much as the Western landscape!
It’s a processed used in darkroom process. This isn’t exactly what it would look like, but like you I thought it had a moonlight feel. Thank you Kathryn. G

Wind gets rid of them. They couldn’t get a hold yesterday in the day long, hi winds. I’ll take the wind. Thank you Fran. G
The cyanotype works nicely for this image. Well done!
A simple filter and opacity slider! Thank you Ron. G
Whatever cyanotype treatment is….it sure makes this photo look like moonlight. Thx!
