Fall colors, Kebler Pass Road, Colorado. Not far from Lost Lake, outside of Crested Butte, off the Kebler Pass Road to Paonia is this wonderful sight. The shape of things to come very soon in this area. The tips of the cottonwoods and aspen are starting to show their colors. I’m looking forward to it. I’m very fortunate to live where I do. So much of what I love and photograph is in my big back yard. Thanks for looking. G

Beautiful and your mountains remind me of the Isle of Skye and my parents
That’s why I like living here. So many varied climates. But Skye is very special, I concur. Thanks Alison. G
Absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you so much Rick. G
Gorgeous colors and wonderful clouds as a complement.
Thanks Ron. I think we went here on that trip through Colorado in July a few years back. G
Oh wow! Fall is almost here! You make me want to pack up and head to the hills ~
Gorgeous shot, as always!
We are ready to go here! Just waiting for the moment, usually quite predictable but not counting on that this year. So we’ll see wat transpires with our fall colors. Thanks Elaine. G
For. those of us in “the heat” – that could not escape to Northern New Mexico…
Your photos are a daily gift that reminds us of not-forgotten beauty and devoutly missed locales…
Thank you Geraint for your reminders of what we wished to visit again …..soon!
Thank you so much David. I’m saddened that you and so many people have to endure the heat, fires and smoke. Thank you for looking in and your lovely compliments. Stay safe and well and we’ll see you soon. Geraint
