San Antonio Mountain, New Mexico with center pivot irrigation system, arching over the mountain. When I saw this scene I had a notion that I might be able to line the two up. I positioned my self and waited for the water stream to recycle. I was lucky that San Antonio Mountain (an extinct volcano, reputed the be the largest free standing mountain in the continental US) remained in the sunlight. Thanks for looking and for joining me in the moment. G

Looks like a dragon breathing fire
This valley is one of the riches agricultural regions in the southwest. I understand that almost all potatoes for the fast food french fries come from spuds grown in this valley. Thanks Alison. All the dragons are in Wales anyway! G
Is THAT what that mountain is called! My dad always called it by another name. Thank you.
It is!. Thanks Judy. G
My dad always called this Bare Mountain but I thought be meant Bear Mountain when I was a kid. And maybe he had his own private joke going. Dad Humor. You know how it goes.
I think it might be known locally as bear mountain. That rings a bell! Dads!!! Thanks Judy. G

There is a lot going on, probably way too much for a cover shot! Thanks Larry. G
