New Mexico State Line, off the beaten path in southern Colorado. On this day we switched back across the New Mexico, Colorado State Line a dozen times in as many miles. I hadn’t seen this particular Zia sun symbol or been on this road before. Besides the mosquitos and two men splitting wood logs we were the only ones out there.
