Supermoon, Crow Moon, rising over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, New Mexico. Also known as the Worm moon, Sap moon, Crust moon, or Maple Sugar moon! This was yesterday evening from the deck. It was so bright it kept me awake for about thirty minutes! Then some clouds drew the drapes on the night and I was out like a light. Below is the moon setting over the plateau, early this morning from the deck. Thanks for looking. G

Anxious days…your daily photos are a touch of grace…thank you.
Thank you so much Denise.I really appreciate that. G
Very nice! We got just a peek at it here before the cloud cover moved in.
It’s not always here at this time of year but I got lucky this evening. Thanks Ron. G
Hi like the maple syrup moon. Goodbye moon welcome the new day.
I’m stuck on the “Crow Moon” and I must admit worm moon is my least favorite. Thank you Alison. G
Worth getting up for. Thanks for another
view of one of my favorite places.
I do my best to photograph a moon rise and different phases of the moon each month. It’s always there unless it’s bad weather. Thanks Mary. G
