Greetings from New Mexico. I hope everyone had a good week. This week, five views from the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge looking south, one looking north at the bridge itself spanning the canyon 600 feet above the river, and one of the bridge under a rainbow.

•
Driving over the bridge at any time of day affords spectacular views.
•
Added bonus of winter in the canyon are accents of snow.
•
Because the summer storms are almost always accompanied by rainbows.
•
Looking north to the bridge, where the previous images were taken from.
•
All the images above are available as fine art prints on paper and on canvas. The first picture graces the cover of my book, Rio Grande del Norte: An Intimate Portrait.
Read more about the bridge here.
The highway crossing the bridge is US 64, the ‘other mother road‘, and a beautiful drive in this part of the country..
As always, thanks for looking. Have a great week. G

They haven’t fenced off your best vantage points, have they?
Absolutely have, but not sure how it will all turn out. See you soon. G
Stunning!
Thanks so much, Kristine. G

It is an epic location for sure, Thanks so much, Mara. G
Great amazing capturing the storm . Glanced a pic of you in a valley or was it your dad.😊😊
Thanks so much, Alison. It’s good to hear from you and I hope you are well. You probably recognized my dad. But you never know. I look more like him now so I’m told. Have a great rest of your summer. G
