Reflections at the San Francisco de Asis (St. Francis) Church, Ranchos de Taos New Mexico. I made this image on a photo tour this weekend with my wonderful guests from Minnesota. Early in the morning, before the groundsman/caretaker swept up the puddles following this Fridays rain, the reflections in the water amongst the flagstones were plentiful and offered up a multitude of photo opportunities. Thanks for looking. G

Lovely!
Thank you Sue. G
The color in the flagstones elevates this creation above some of the other reflections you’ve posted, all of which were very nice. For me this one sings because the church is less dominant.
Thanks Ron. Cell phones often work well and can lay on the ground for shots like this. G
Love the abstract effect and the beautiful colours. A reflection to reflect upon. Inspiring Geraint.
Thanks Gaynor, I’m glad you like it. I like your thoughts … I hope all is well. Ger x
the mortar makes for an interesting framing device, and the color of the stones adds a lot too. a really cool shot! I assume it’s actually displayed upside down.
Yes, I inverted it. Made sense to me but works well either way. You’ll find a few more on my website. I keep taking shots like this. Thank you, Patrick. G
