Bucket on a fence. Driving around Taos County one comes across some wondrous objects that often seem to have magically shown up, by their own will, festooning the landscape like an ancient colloquial code. What, or who, could possibly have determined any usage from hanging a flattened bucket on a fence post?

There is that!
I think it was placed there by a good samaritan so it would be easy for the rightful owner to find when he/she came back looking for it. 🙂
Cool sets the imagination rolling.
We do the same thing with baling wire at our ranch — we pick it up so we won’t trip over it and hang it on the nearest fence post. They picked up the buckets and needed some place to put them. They plan to get them later. Yeah, right!
Thumbs up on that Mike. Thanks for writing and looking. G
